VISITING UFL IN GAINESVILLE, FL

 

 

From August 1998 until August 1999 I have been at University of Florida, Gainesville, (Fl), working as visiting scientist at the Laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology directed by Dr. Thomas P. Yang.

I am here mainly to learn an interesting technique aimed to study the interaction between DNA and proteic (or other) factors "in vivo" : "in vivo" Footprinting associated to Ligation Mediated PCR (LMPCR).

Now I am back in Genova and to my lab at Gaslini Children's Hospital
